Being fit and healthy

Being fit and healthy consist of regular exercise and proper diet. These two should always exist together to get that perfectly fit body. I myself have my own routine. I wake up in the morning and eat a healthy breakfast composed of wheat bread, corn and organic nut butters then I take a regular cholesterol free lunch at around 12 noon . In the afternoon, I go to the gym and do my regular cardiovascular workout accompanied with a little taebo and weightlifting to get that firm body. In the evening, I eat a little food 2 to 3 hours before sleep. So far, that’s how my daily health routine goes. With its help I feel young and full of stamina.

Water Sports

My friend Dustin loves boating and other water sports. Dustin truly enjoys this stuff for he is a marine biologist. Each time he conducts researches and studies about different aquatic creatures he usually adds some fun and adventure into work. Often times he uses his yacht and islander crocs to explore some islands around the coast. He also tried parasailing, knee boarding and wake boarding a few months ago. Currently he is in the Atlantic near the Polar Regions to conduct some studies about the creatures living in there. He is also studying the effects of global warming on these creatures as well as other animals living in the Polar Region. Now I wonder if also tries snow boarding and ice-skating there.
